The Society meets four times per year in March, May, September and November.

Meetings are held in the Beaton Hall, Methlick and refreshments are usually served.

Over the years a very wide range of speakers and presentations have been enjoyed. There have been talks on local history, archeology, the Doric language, farming, tracing family history, flying, medicine, the local ambulance service and many other topics.

The next meeting of Society will be held on 7th May at 7.30pm in the Beaton Hall.

The speaker will be Ms Lynne Copping.

Her presentation will be on "A child growing up in a service family"
